Digital welcome book for your rental in Paris 1er

Where is the fuse box? What is the wifi password? What goes in the yellow bin? And how do you get from rue de Rivoli to the Musée d’Orsay? Guests ask themselves dozens of questions during a stay. The digital welcome book answers them before they need to call, and it fits in their phone.

A book written for your flat, not a template

Each welcome book is written after visiting your home. It covers what is specific to it: how the boiler or radiators work, the coffee machine, the shutters, the windows best not opened wide, the cellar or the bike storage. It is available in French and English, opened through a link or a QR code, and updated as soon as a piece of equipment changes.

What guests find inside

  • The way from the stations and airports, with the nearest stops
  • The codes and the route through the building, up to the right door
  • The wifi, the appliances and the small settings of the flat
  • The building rules: quiet hours, waste sorting, shared areas
  • Check-out instructions, so nothing is forgotten
  • A contact they can reach throughout the stay

The 1st arrondissement, told by people from the area

The last part of the book is about the neighbourhood: a bakery near rue Saint-Honoré, a place for dinner at Les Halles, the square du Vert-Galant to watch the Seine at sunset, the Palais-Royal gardens for a quiet break. These addresses are chosen by Laura and Hannah’s team, not copied from a guidebook. Guests can also read our selection of what to do in the 1st arrondissement.

Fewer messages, a better stay

A well-informed guest calls less, treats the building better and leaves happier. The book complements the guest welcome and the check-in and check-out: it extends the tour of the flat for the whole stay.
