Finding the right door, typing the right code, crossing a courtyard, spotting staircase B: in the buildings of the 1st arrondissement, arriving can quickly turn into a treasure hunt for a guest stepping off the RER at Châtelet-Les Halles with a suitcase. Check-in and check-out are the two moments when a stay is won or lost. Laura and Hannah’s team takes care of both for you.

An arrival prepared before the guest even leaves home
A few days before the stay, the guest receives their instructions: exact address, codes for the carriage door and the building, floor, the quirks of the inner courtyard, the nearest metro and RER stations, such as Châtelet-Les Halles, Louvre-Rivoli or Pyramides on line 14, which runs to Orly. They know where they are going before they land.
Two ways to welcome, depending on your building
- In person: a team member meets the guest, shows them around the flat, explains the heating, the appliances and waste sorting.
- Self check-in: a smart lock or a secure key box, where the building rules allow it, with a code specific to each stay.
Either way, the guest has a contact they can reach if anything goes wrong on arrival. Late arrivals, common with evening flights, are planned ahead.
Departure: condition report and reset
At check-out, we collect the keys or deactivate the code, then walk through the flat. Photos, a note of anything missing or damaged, a check of windows and appliances: this condition report is the reference if a problem has to be reported to the platform. Cleaning then takes over to prepare the next arrival.
Keeping the building calm
In an old building, a suitcase rolling across parquet at midnight can be heard on every floor. We remind guests of the building rules and quiet hours, and we remain the point of contact for neighbours or the caretaker when needed.
Check-in and check-out are part of our guest welcome in the 1st arrondissement, together with the digital welcome book. Own a flat near the Louvre and the Palais-Royal? Let’s talk.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a smart lock to work with you?
No. We can hand over keys in person. A smart lock or key box is an option, to be checked against your building’s rules.
How are late arrivals handled?
They are arranged in advance with the guest: a personal welcome or self check-in with a code, depending on your flat.
What does the departure condition report include?
Photos of the flat, a list of anything missing or damaged and a check of the equipment. It is the basis for any report to the platform.
Who answers the neighbours if there is noise?
Our team. We remind the guest of the rules and stay reachable for the building.
